When will my order ship?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 and 4 business days of being placed. Orders are shipped from North Carolina.
What company do you ship with?
I ship all orders with the United States Postal Service. All shipping rates are based on averaged carrier rates. Shipping rates listed do not include taxes, duties, or fees. If you would like your order shipped a different method, I may be able to accommodate if you contact me before placing your order.
Can you mark my international order as a gift?
No, I do not mark orders as gifts for customs clearance and customers are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and fees associated with their orders.
I’m in the UK/What’s up with Brexit?
Due to the complications of Brexit, I am not currently shipping orders to the UK. If you are a UK customer, feel free to reach out via the contact form to discuss options.
Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
The metal jewelry hardware I use for the majority of my pieces are white, gunmetal, or gold-tone plated and may contain nickel and therefore are not suitable for individuals with metal allergies.

Can I recycle or compost your packaging?
Yes, nearly all of my shipping and product packaging is recyclable or compostable, or made from recycled materials:
All plastic packaging on pins and prints is100% compostable.
Kraft paper packaging and jewelry boxes can be recycled. Please disregard cotton inserts from jewelry boxes before recycling.
Brown kraft mailers are made from recycled paper.
Compostable yellow mailers - these are 100% compostable and clearly marked as such. Please remove shipping label before composting.
Orders may ship in re-purposed boxes in an effort to limit waste.
